This policy explains how Bluesio LLC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information on the Jade Astrology website and in our emails.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and, if you request a personal reading, your first name, date, time and place of birth.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and the advertising campaign or search that brought you here. We store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to prevent abuse, not the address itself.
- If you buy a report: the email for delivery, the time you agreed to our terms, your IP address and browser type, kept with your order as a record of the purchase. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our advertising and analytics partners (such as Google) may use cookies to measure visits and ad performance.
How we use it
- To calculate your free reading and, if you agreed, to email you about your reading, with personal insights from your chart and offers from us.
- To run, secure and improve the website and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Jade Astrology, under their own privacy and security commitments: website hosting and security (Hostinger, Cloudflare), email delivery (Amazon Web Services), payments (Stripe), astrology calculations (DivineAPI, which receives your birth details to compute your chart), writing your reading (Anthropic, which receives your calculated chart positions but not your name or email), geographic lookup of your birthplace (Google or OpenStreetMap), and analytics and advertising (Google). We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom; it takes effect immediately.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
Jade Astrology is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
