Our reports are personalized digital products, written for your birth details and delivered by email, so they can’t be returned like a physical product. Here is how refunds work.
When we refund in full
- Within 24 hours of purchase, if you read your report and feel it doesn’t describe you, email [email protected] from the address you used to buy and tell us. You’ll get a full refund.
- Any time, if your report never arrived, or it was calculated from different birth details than the ones you entered.
- Any time, if you were charged twice for the same report.
Wrong birth details
If you entered the wrong date, time or place, email us within 7 days and we’ll recalculate and resend your report free, instead of a refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
